The village lacks basic facilities like hospital, sanitation, roads and school. There is only a primary school which is run at the pleasure and convenience of the single teacher who has to look after 5 classes (standard I to V).

The nearest roadhead is 5 kms up hill from the village. The nearest Health Centre is 18 kms away and there is no sanitation or safe drinking water facility yet.
