Cancellation and Refund

Your purchase of a membership on eUttaranchal Matrimonial / Byoh Matrimony is subject to the following terms regarding cancellation and refund.

Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel their eUttaranchal Matrimonial membership at any time by logging into their profile and following the steps to delete or deactivate their account.

Refund Policy

Membership Fee once paid is NOT refundable.

A member who wishes to cancel their membership and request a refund must ensure that have not used the membership by viewing the phone number of any profile or by sending any personalized messages after the purchase. If these conditions are met, the member may be eligible for a partial refund of the membership fee, which will depend on the duration of the paid membership already utilized.

To initiate a refund, the member must email a written request stating the reason for cancellation within 7 days of the membership purchase. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered. Please note that for all eligible refund requests, a minimum deduction of 50% will be applied from the membership fee.

All cancellation and refund requests must be sent to care@eutn.in.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed to your bank account only through NEFT transfer or by crediting the same Card/ Bank Account through which the payment was made.

Refund Timelines

Refund would be processed within 3 business days from the date of refund request, subject to approval from our team.

Refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 business days.

No refund will be done through cash.
