VIRASAT 2017 is a 15 day arts and heritage fest organized by REACH organisation at Dr. Ambedkar Stadium, ONGC, Dehradun. A vibrant and colorful fest is famous and most awaited event of the city every year. This year it will be from 28 April to 12 May, 2017.
