GMVN & Winter Games Association, Uttarakhand are jointly organizing the Carnival and open Championship under the Aegis of Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board.
The Carnival will showcase Skiing demonstration, competitions and cultural programmes between 20 Feb to 23 Feb 2015 at Gandhi Ground, Joshimath and Auli.
