Ingredients
- Pahadi Rice - 1 cup
- Coconut - 5-6 small long cut pieces
- Water - 1 1/2 cups
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Method (Recipe)
- Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.
- Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat the water in a pan and add Jaggery.
- Cook the rice with Jaggery water and Coconut pieces.
