GRD-IMT (Pharmacy) is located on Rajpur road, Dehradun in the idyllic surroundings of the foothills of Mussoorie, famously known as the "Queen of Hills". The Institute is easily approachable just 5 Kms. from the Clock Tower, the central point of the city. The institute is managed by Guru Ram Dass Education Trust, registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act 1860.
By analyzing this tremendous growth and job opportunities in pharma sector, the College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2004 by Sardar Raja Singh Ji with a vision of promotion of excellence in pharmacy education and to provide opportunities for pharmaceutical research in the uttrakhand region.
The college of pharmacy has state of art facilities like well equipped labs for formulation and testing of medicines, library with lots of different titles and various national and international journals and seminar hall with LCD projector. The curriculum is designed and devised to impart practical training through regular laboratory experiments in various subjects of pharmaceutical sciences along with theoretical concepts. Seminars, workshops and debates were conducted time to time for the development of personality of each individual student.
GRD Education Trust
The Guru Ram Das Education Trust was formed in 1982 dedicated to the sacred memory of Guru Ram Das ji with a vision to promote education through schools & higher education institutes. GRD Educational Trust then further put its efforts to extend its education arena with opening of more 10+2 Schools at Ludhiana, Niranjanpur and Delhi. The Trust has further plans to start secondary schools in Mohali and Sonepat.

Admissions Procedure for B Pharma
The admission to 85% of the total seats (50% Uttarakhand and 35% All India) would be based on the merit made through State level counseling conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University, DehradunThe reservation would be applicable as per State Govt. policy. 15% Management admissions are done directly by the institute by conducting institute level counseling on the combined merit based on the aggregate marks of 10+2.
