In 2023, I had the privilege of trekking to the Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and it was an unforgettable experience. The trek starts from Pulna, covering 10 km to Ghangaria, followed by another 4 km to the valley. The journey is moderate in difficulty, but the stunning views along the way make it worthwhile. The trek is filled with streams where you can refill your water bottles, and the water is pure. Don’t miss visiting Legge’s grave, which offers another beautiful viewpoint. Remember to respect nature—don’t pluck the flowers—and keep the valley preserved. It’s a true natural wonder, symbolizing the beauty and health of our planet.

I visited the Valley of Flowers in August 2024, and it was truly an amazing experience. The valley looked so beautiful, with green meadows full of colorful flowers everywhere. The views were just stunning, with big mountains all around and a peaceful, calm atmosphere. I saw so many lovely flowers like Himalayan blue poppies, marigolds, asters, and Brahma kamal. The air was so fresh, and the whole place felt like a little piece of heaven. It was a perfect mix of natural beauty and peace, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.
