This beautiful trek in Himachal starts from kasol and in Barshaini in Kullu Valley. May to October is the best time to visit Sar Pass Trek in Himachal Pradesh.
Kheerganga Trek
Kheerganga trek is one of the most famous treks in Himachal Pradesh. It is elevated at a height of 2950 m above sea level. Kheerganga trek is one of the best treks for beginner-level trekkers. You don’t need to have any prior experience of trekking. Kheerganga is a paradise for nature lovers the beauty of Kheerganga attracts many trekkers or travelers every year. It is famous for having a hot water spring. The total trekking distance of the Kheerganga trek is 24 km which requires at least 1 or 2 days.
Karol Tibba Trek
Karol Tibba is situated at an altitude of 2240 m above sea level. It is the highest peak of the town of Solan. Karol Tibba trek starts from Chambaghat and reaches the sacred Karol Temple. The holy temple is dedicated to Hindu Goddess Kali. This trekking trail takes you to lush green forest, grassland and offers you the beautiful panoramic view of Churdhar ranges, Solan, and Shimla. During this trek, you will also witness Pandav Cave which is believed that it is the longest cave in the mighty Himalayas.
Pin Parvati Pass Trek
Pin Parvati Pass trek is one of the most difficult treks in Himachal. It is situated at an height of 5319 m above the sea level. July and August are the best months to visit Pin Parvati trek. The Pin Parvati Pass trek starts from Phulga village of Kullu and the trek ends at Mud Village of Spiti. Pin Parvati Pass trek is a long expedition that give trekkers a massive dose of adventure, beauty and a sense of achievement. The total trekking distance of Pin Parvati Trek is 110 km that requires atleast 10 days.
Tosh Valley Trek
Tosh is nestled in the Parvati valley near Kasol in Himachal Pradesh. It is situated at an altitude of 2400 m above sea level. Tosh village is one of the most popular weekend trekking destinations in Himachal Pradesh. Tosh Village is situated at a distance of 20 kms from Kasol and 3 kms from Barshaini. The total trekking distance of Tosh from Barshaini is 3 kms. You can start your Tosh village trek from Kasol if you want to do long trek. If you are interested in doing short treks then you should start your trek from Barshaini to Tosh. Tosh is known for its snow-capped mountains, lush green valleys, waterfalls, scenic views. Barshaini is the starting point for trekking to Tosh in Himachal Pradesh.
