Una is well-known among tourists for its historical temples  and age-old religious sites. The small hilly town is well-known for its distinct  Sikh-influenced culture. The location has a pleasant temperature all year and is  surrounded by lush greenery, making it ideal for nature lovers.

  • Kaleshwar  Temple: Kaleshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is thought to  have been built 400 years ago by the Pandavas during their exile. The Katoch  Dynasty finished the sacred temple. During the Maha Shivratri festival and the  month of Shravan, the temple sees a large number of devotees. In addition, the  temple hosts an annual fair between the months of May and June.

  • Chintpurni  Temple: Chintpurni Temple, located at an elevation of 940 meters  above sea level, is regarded as one of the 51 most important Shakti Peethas. It  is believed that Goddess Sati's forehead fell in this location, which is dedicated to Maa Chandi or Chinnamastika. Pandit Mai Das, a Saraswat Brahmin,  founded the temple. The stone temple's garbha griha (temple's innermost  sanctum) is well-known.

  • Gurudwara  Dera Baba Bharbhag Singh: Gurudwara Dera Baba Bharbhag Singh, a popular  religious site in Una, is situated atop a hill and surrounded by colorful  eucalyptus flowers. Baba Bharbhag Singh, a well-known saint, founded the  gurdwara, which is dedicated to religious leader Baba Gurdarbhag Singh. The  Baba Bharbhag Singh Mela or Hola Mohalla Fair is held here every year between  February and March.

  • Thaneek  Pura: Thaneek Pura, located near Chintpurni Temple, is a beautiful  hill station that is surrounded by the smaller Shivalik mountain range in the  east and the western Himalayan mountain range in the north. The area is known  for its trekking trails and fairs, as well as its temples. When you visit, you  can also go on nature walks and forest camping.

  • Gobind  Sagar Lake: Gobind Sagar Lake is a man-made lake in Una that is a haven  for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. The lake's construction began in 1955  under the supervision of American dam-builder Harvey Slocum and was completed  in 1962. Boating and ferry rides are popular here. Water skiing, kayaking,  scooter racing, and fishing are also available.
