Temple of Mamleshwar: Mamleshwar Temple, which is said to have existed since the Mahabharata era, is located about 13 kilometres from Chindi, the valley's headquarters. The Pandavas built the temple in wood and slate and dedicated it to Mahadev. It also houses an eternal sacred fire.
Kamaksha Devi Temple: Kamakshi Devi Temple, located in the village of Kau, is another well-known temple about 17 kilometres from Chindi. The temple's idol is made of Ashtadhatu, or the eight primary metals. Devi Kamakshi is honoured in this temple. The temple's intricately carved woodwork is the main draw.
Dar Kunhoo: After about 23 kilometres of driving towards Kunhoo Dar, a flat-topped hill that also serves as a great city viewpoint appears. Kunhoo Dar, located only a kilometre from Karsog Bazar, offers 360-degree panoramic views of the Karsog Valley and the Shikari Devi peak in the north. On a clear day, the Pir Panjal mountain range, Hanuman Tibba, and other mountain peaks can be seen.
Kamrunag: If you want to go trekking, the Kamrunag temple in Mandi district is the place to go. Drive along the Chindi-Mano road to Chowki village, and then begin your trek to the shrine. Kamrunag, a pilgrimage site where devotees make offerings, offers a scenic view of the small villages all around as well as a beautiful landscape. It is also the starting point for many treks.
