Sadhu, Sri Devi Dayal ji Maharaj, is the founder of Phool Chatti Ashram establishes the ashram at Neelkanth Temple Road, Rishikesh. It has preserved its character and ‘feel’ of its long 120 year history, yet it has been renovated. Since 1977, Phool Chatti has been under the care and guidance of its present Swami Ji, Swami Dev Swarup Nanda Ji. He manages all the activities in ashram.
