March to June is the best time to visit the Laka Glacier trek because the glacier is filled with ice and snow from winter to pre-monsoon in the month of June. The snow started melting after the monsoon and in the month of July there is not much snow will be left.

Short itinerary for Laka Glacier Trek

Day 1 – Macleodganj to Triund

Arrive at McLeodganj, Have a delicious breakfast and start your trek to Triund. After reaching Triund, check into the campsite rest a while, and admire the beauty of Dhauladhar and Kangra Mountain ranges. Dinner and overnight stay at Triund.

Day 2 – Triund to Laka Glacier

After breakfast, Start your morning with a wonderful breakfast. Start your trek on the Laka Got Glacier and Lahesh Caves trail. After reaching at Laka Glacier, enjoy the view take some pictures and play with snowballs. Dinner and overnight stay at Laka Got. 

Day 3 – Laka Glacier to Mcleodganj

After breakfast this morning, trek back to the Mcleodganj. Our services will be finished at MacLeodganj.
