Kothi Village in Manali

Kothi village is one of the most scenic places to be visited in Manali. The beautiful valley view is worth watching. Kothi is also known as Koshtampi and has a temple of Goddess Shuwang Chandika, a local deity.

Best time to visit Kothi Village

Kothi village can be visited throughout the year, the most appropriate time to visit the place is from May to October. And the region receives heavy snowfall. Rohtang Pass is usually closed due to heavy snowfall, but tourists can easily reach Kothi Village by road to explore the village.

Between March and June is summer season, when the snow melts and the natural landscape is exposed, making it easier to trek.

You Can easily reach Kothi Village by rented cabs, which are the best mode of public transport toreach Kothi Village which is located on the Leh-Manali Highway. Tourists can also rent two-wheelers/motorbikes which are rented on a per hour basis tocommute between the two locations.
