Dhari Devi is situated 35kms from Khirsu on the Srinagar-Rudraprayag road. One must trek down 1km from the road to reach the Dhari Devi Temple.
Rudraprayag: The district of Rudraprayag lies on the confluence of Alaknanda and the Mandakini River is known as. Rudraprayag is the only confluence situated on the Alaknanda River which is also considered as state district. Rudraprayag derives its name from Lord Rudra which is one of the 108names of Lord Shiva. The road to Kedarnath Dham and Badrinath Dham diverts from this point.
Adwani: Adwani is a famous picnic spot surrounded by the mountains and thick forest, this place is very cold as compared to nearby places. It is connected by a well-maintained 32 kms long road from Khirsu. There is a Forest Rest House at Advani providing accommodation facilities. Ranigarh 1km from here is situated at an altitude of 7200 feet and has historical importance. A sacred temple of Lord Shiva - Adeshwar Mahadev is situated at Ranigarh, every year in July on the first Monday, a fair is organized where thousands of devotees participate. Adwani and Ranigarh showers the tourists with varied natural creations from where you can see the enchanting snow-clad peaks of the Himalayas, terrace fields, Pauri town, and dense forests as well. Seasonal and migratory birds can also be easily seen at this place and the place is an ideal destination for bird watching. HNB Garhwal University has recently become centrally recognized which has taken Srinagar town at a higher level as the university is situated in Srinagar. Srinagar is located in the Pauri Garhwal district at an elevation of 579mts above sea level on the banks of the holy Alaknanda River. Srinagar is situated on NH58 which is connecting Badrinath Dham. Srinagar is situated 18kms from Pauri.

It is one of the quietest hill stations of India, situated at an altitude of 1700mts above sea level surrounded with thick oak and blue pine forests. Lansdowne is located 93kms from Khirsu. Lansdowne is a Cantonment area of the Garhwal Rifles of Indian Army and therefore there are limited hotels at this place. Do make prior bookings in the hotels before visiting Lansdowne.
