I visited Kedarnath on August 10, 2024, with my family and booked the Yatra through a travel company after researching several options. We chose a 5-day package to spend an extra day in Kedarnath.Kedarnath’s beauty is indescribable, and the spiritual energy in the temple is truly powerful. I could feel Lord Shiva’s presence, and sitting in the temple courtyard was the highlight of my trip.However, I recommend planning your itinerary carefully and pre-booking accommodations, as finding rooms can be difficult. We saw many people struggling to find places to stay, with prices as high as INR 10000-15000 per room. After a long trek, this can be exhausting.Kedarnath is a must-visit, but proper preparation is essential for a smooth journey.

Its my first experience in hills and in UK. But I felt like a kid sitting on lap of god in Kedarnath dham. Got lucky to get a room for me and family, little bit pricey but no issue as situation are hard above. Keep warm cloths always. Mausam kab badal jaye pta nahin.
Chilling weather in monsoon with lots of .. lots of beautiful fog and bhole darshan in kedarnath above all was a heavenly experience .. forget about long trek, uncomfortable difficult stay .. after darshan .. all things becomes secondly ...
The trek was very much tough for my parents. Thanks to Palki there. Night stay at Kedarnath temple was difficult to find. Even a single bed price was something of a whole room. But all apart, the feeling at this majestic place was memory of a lifetime.
Be in good fitness, if going for Kedarnath trek, I strongly recommend to have some fitness as trek is tiresome. Also stay facilities are not perfect there so not able to rest properly. But awesum darshan of temple and whole shivmay environment made my body relaxed.
हम 5 दोस्त गए थे बाबा केदारनाथ धाम अक्टूबर में .. सोचा था की भीड़ कम मिलेगी और दर्शन आराम से हो जायेंगे क्यूंकि सितम्बर अक्टूबर में मई जून के मुक़ाबले भीड़ कम होती है .. पर इस साल 8-10 हज़ार लोगों की भीड़ थी केदारनाथ में .. जिससे दर्शन तो हुए पर जैसी कामना की थी वैसे आराम से नहीं .. पर अगली बार और ज्यादा तैयारी के साथ दर्शन करने आएंगे .. बाकि धाम में रहने और खाने की व्यवस्था बढ़िया थी पिछली बार से ..
