How to Reach Chaainsheel Bugyal

There are two  road routes for reaching the base camp of Chainsheel Valley

Road Route 1: Dehradun – Vikasnagar – Mussoorie – Naugaon – Purola – Mori – Tyuni – Arakot – Tikochi

Road Route 2: Dehradun – Vikasnagar – Chakrata – Tyuni – Arakot – Tikochi

Possible Trek Routes for Chaainsheel Exploration

Once the trekkers reach Tikochi which is situated in the Kothigaad valley, they can further take any of the four routes to reach Chainsheel valley:

Trek Route 1:  From Tikochi one can take a motorable road and reach Duchaanu. From Duchaanu one has to trek 1 km to reach Tikula Bugyal via Saaradhaar-Kaladhaar-Chauttoli-Sapaha.

Trek Route 2: Tikochi – Varnaali – Maakudi – Jhotadi – Baalcha – Kaotiya – Kharli – Bhushyali – Sunaoti Bugyal (This is the longest route of all)

Trek Route 3: Tikochi – Cheeva – Balaavat – Maunda – Dhunpur – Koutiya – Sunaoti Bugyal

Trek Route 4: Tikochi – Cheeva – Balaavat – Kelaidhaar - Falchi
