Send Enquiry for Tour PackagesDeo Tibba is a beautiful trek which is nestled at 6000 m above from the sea level in in the PirPanjal Range of Himalayan Mountains in Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh. This trekking trail takes you through the lush green forests of pine, fir, spruce, oak and silver birches set against a dazzling landscapes.
Deo Tibba Trekking expedition involves crossing over and icy pass, towards a glacier with a rocky moraine at a steep slope that requires fixed ropes to traverse this obstacle safely. The famous Chandratal Lake is located at the foot of Deo Tibba peak which is the main attraction of this trek. It is a moderate to difficult grade trek in Himachal Pradesh which passes through many remote valleys and villages on their way to Deo Tibba Base Camp, including Jogidugh, Panduropa, Setan, and Hampta Pass.
The best time to visit Deo Tibba trek is from May, June, September and October. The weather remains pleasant at this time. We suggest you to avoid trekking here in the Monsoon because the place witness heavy rainfall in the Monsoon which leads several roadblocks, landslides and trekking route is also get slippery.
Day 1:- Manali to Chhikka
Arrive at Manali, start your drive to Khanaul via Jagatsukh. After reaching Khanaul, start your trek to Chhikka. Visit the famous Nag Devta temple at Chhikka. Dinner and overnight stay at Chhikka.
Day 2:- Chhikka to Seri
After breakfast, start your trek to Seri. The trek takes your through the beautiful forest and meadows. Dinner and overnight stay at Seri.
Day 3:- Seri to Deo Tibba Base Camp
After breakfast, trek to Deo Tibba Base Camp via Tainta and Chota Chandratal. Witness the beautiful view of Deo Tibba Peak from the Deo Tibba Base Camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at Deo Tibba Base Camp.
Day 4:- Acclimatization day
After breakfast, explore the beautiful surrounding of the campsite. General meeting for the setup of Camp 1 and Summit Camp. Dinner aqnd overnight stay at Deo Tibba Base Camp.
Day 5:- Trek to Camp 1 ( Duhangan Col
After breakfast, start your trek to Camp 1 which is set at the Duhangan Pass. Camp 1 is marked by a saffron coloured rock, visible from your base camp. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp 1.
Day 6:- Camp 1 to Summit Camp
After breakfast, start your trek to Summit camp. Leave all the unnecessary things at camp 1. Final summit briefing. Dinner and overnight stay at Summit camp.
Day 7:- Summit Attempt and back to Camp 1
After breakfast, Final ascent to the peak has a few crevasses. Just before the summit, the slope becomes steeper. Summit is wide and can accommodate all team members. After summit attempt windup the summit camp and trek back to Camp 1. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp 1.
Day 8:- Camp 1 to Deo Tibba Base Camp
After breakfast, start your trek to the Deo Tibba Base Camp. After reaching Base Camp, rest in the camps. Dinner and overnight stay at the camps in Deo Tibba Base Camp.
Day 9:- Deo Tibba Base Camp to Chhikka
After breakfast, trek back to Chhikka from Deo Tibba Base Camp. Dinner and overnight stay at Chhikka.
Day 10:- Chikka to Manali
After breakfast, trek back to Khanaul and start your drive to Manali. Our services will be finished at Manali.
