Constructed in 1938, the Birla Tower at Har ki Pauri Ghat is a four-sided structure with a clock on its each side. The dial on the clock depicts the hours in Roman numerals while the minutes are represented by a dot. If you visit the Clock Tower in the evening, you can see thousands of diyas bedecked on the flowerbeds floating in the tranquil water of Ganges.
