Brahmatal in Winters
The wonderland of Brahmatal and its surreal slopes turns magical during the winter season. Gaze on the unobstructed views of Nanda Ghunti, Trishul and Bethartholi Himal peak. Ankle length waterproof shoes are highly recommended. The temperature dips between sub zero to -12 degree Celsius during peak winter season from December mid to Feb mid.
We recommend carrying good down jacket and hiking with proper layering if you are planning to hike during this time. We do provide micro spikes and gaiters as added layers of protection and for better grip on snow to all the trekkers joining our scheduled departures.
If you prefer walking on snow but do not prefer extreme temperature, then plan the trek to Brahmatal in March to April Mid.
