Tour Itinerary
Day 1Arrive in Kathmandu (Nepal)
Fly from a major Indian city (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, etc.) to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu. Explore Thamel for trekking gear and permits.
Visit nearby UNESCO sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square or Pashupatinath Temple (optional). Overnight: Kathmandu.
Day 2Fly to Lukla (2860 m) & Trek to Phakding (2610 m)
Take an early morning flight to Tenzing-Hillary Airport, Lukla. Begin a 3–4 hour trek to Phakding through scenic trails and small villages.
Overnight: Teahouse in Phakding.
Day 3Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m)
Trek 6–7 hours through beautiful pine forests, crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River.
Highlights: First views of Everest en route.
Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.
Day 4Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Visit the Sherpa Museum and explore Namche Bazaar.
Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.
Day 5Trek to Tengboche (3860 m)
Trek 5–6 hours through rhododendron forests with views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Visit Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the region.
Overnight: Teahouse in Tengboche
Day 6Trek to Dingboche (4410 m)
Trek 5–6 hours through Pangboche village and past beautiful alpine landscapes.
Overnight: Teahouse in Dingboche.
Day 7Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Short hike to Nangkartshang Peak (~5,100 m) for spectacular views. Rest and prepare for higher altitudes.
Overnight: Teahouse in Dingboche.
Day 8Trek to Lobuche (4940 m)
Trek 5–6 hours through moraines and past the Khumbu Glacier.
Overnight: Teahouse in Lobuche.
Day 9Trek to Everest Base Camp (5364 m) & Return to Gorak Shep (5170 m)
Trek 7–8 hours round trip.
Overnight: Teahouse in Gorak Shep.
Day 10Hike to Kala Patthar (5545 m) & Trek to Pheriche (4280 m)
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for the best sunrise views of Everest. Descend to Pheriche (6–7 hours).
Overnight: Teahouse in Pheriche.
Day 11Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trek to 6–7 hours retracing your steps.
Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.
Day 12Trek to Lukla
Trek 6–7 hours on the same scenic route.
Overnight: Teahouse in Lukla.
Day 13Fly to Kathmandu
Take a flight back to Kathmandu. Rest, explore more of Kathmandu, or shop for souvenirs in Thamel.
Overnight: Kathmandu.
Day 14Depart from Kathmandu to India
Fly back to India after breakfast.
