Room Information

Wayfarer Mountain resort serves 05 Kumauni Log Huts and 05 Swiss Cottage Type Tents. Every room is equipped with a double bed, coffee table, chairs and a clothes rack. Every hut and tent is attached to an outhouse equipped with a western style toilet, sink and shower. Hot water is supplied in buckets for bathing.

Munsyari Wayfarer Mountain Resort is located 1.5 kms from main bus stand of Munsiyari.

Getting There

To reach Munsyari Wayfarer resort you could travel by train upto Kathgodam and then shift to motorable transport. From Kathgodam a seven hour drive takes you past Bhimtal, Bhowali, Almora, Binsar, Takula and Bageshwar to Vijaypur, Chaukori and Thal to Munsyari. From Kausani or Binsar the access is through Bageshwar, Vijaypur and Thal. Trains from Delhi, Calcutta, Lucknow and Bareilly connect to Kathgodam daily.
