The Silent Valley is a perfect homestay with heritage property spreads across 100 acres private estate near Bhimtal. Owned by a family, this 19th century British designed home is located in the centre of estate along with river Kalsa in village Alchauna, Chanfi, near Bhimtal, Nainital. The homestay situated amidst pine and oak jungle is best place for holidays with nature, enjoying village, eco and cultural vistas in one stay.

The vacation home offers 7 well maintained rooms with 3 bathrooms accommodating 14 guests at a time. Each rooms are has double bed, 2 chairs, table, cupboard with a dressing area. There is no TV in rooms for any distractions.

The homestay is situated at 7 kms from Bhimtal lake and one can reach easily after 45 minutes drive from Nainital. Driving form Delhi will take 7 hrs through following road route :

Ranikhet Express (15013) , Utr Sampark Kranti Express & New Delhi – Kathgodam Shatabdi (NDLS KGM SHT) are some trains between Delhi and Kathgodam.
By Air : The Pantnagar Airport (60 Kms) is the nearest airport to reach vacation home The Silent Valley. Air India offers flights to Pantnagar from New Delhi 4 days a week. The flight time is 1 Hrs only.
