The resort is located at Peora, a small hemlet you can find in the tourist map of Kumaon. Its a perfect destination for every season as the fresh fruits of autumns like apricot, apples, plum, peach etc attracts you towards the garden, the beautiful flower trees in spring, misty view of sprawling mountains in the rain.
Kumaon is well known for its flora and fauna that makes it a habitat for wild animals like Leopard, barking deers, indian black beers, wild cats and diferent species of birds. The resort has 4 studio rooms of 560 sq ft. with facilities like attach bath, sitting, dining and kitchen area. Each studio has TV, DVD player, sofa, table chairs etc as amenities.

The nearest railway station to Mukteshwar is Kathgodam which is 62 kms from Mukteshwar. You can board a train for Kathgodam. Some important trains to Kathgodam are Ranikhet Express, UTR Sampark kranti express, KGM Garib rath express, DDN KGM express that arrive from different places. You can hire a cab from railway station to Sequester Resort Mukteshwar.
