Each bathroom has a geyser for hot water facility.

Khali Estate Mountain Resort is located 2 Km from Binsar Bageshwar Road. Khali estate is located inside the Binar Wild life sanctuary. Kindly note that the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary barrier gate closes at sunset and opens at sunrise.
Mountain Resort is situated at an altitude of 2000 meters (6600ft.) above sea level. It is 22 kms. by motor road, north of Almora town. All types of vehicles including buses, cars and jeeps can easily come right up to the Resort.
