There are two wings A & B in the double storey building. Wing A comprises accommodations only while Wing B also houses the restaurant, sitting area, library and internet facility. There are total 8 rooms having 5 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 3 beds and 2 rooms with 4 beds. All rooms have all basic amenities and attach bathroom.

How to Reach Hotel Monal Tourist Home in Uttarkashi
Easiest way to reach Monal Tourist Home or Uttarkashi is via Rishikesh (168 km). There are regular bus service till noon from Rishikesh bus stand. One can also hire taxi or sharing taxi from Taxi stand in Rishikesh near Natraj hotel. Bus takes around 8 hrs and taxi about 6 hrs to reach Uttarkashi. Similarly, there are bus services from Dehradun near Parade Ground till noon. There are taxi available in Dehradun at Rispana Bridge. Delhi is located at around 400 kms from Uttarkashi.
