Chaukori is well-connected by road and can be accessed from various parts of Uttarakhand. It is located approximately 112 kilometers from Pithoragarh, 183 kilometers from Kathgodam (the nearest railway station), and about 230 kilometers from Pantnagar Airport. Regular bus and taxi services are available to reach Chaukori from these hubs.

Cancellation Policy

Rules applicable from Check-In Date
1. 15 days or more (from Check-in-Date) 90% refund of the booking amount.
2. 10 to 14 days (from Check-in-Date) 75% refund of booking amount.
3. 5 to 9 days (from Check-in-Date) 50% refund of booking amount.
4. Less than 5 days (from Check-in-Date) no refund of booking amount.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES
 - Extra Person will be charged above 5 Years @ 20% of the room rent.
 - On availing Extra Bed, the charges of Rs.200/- per Bed/ per day will be additional subjected to availability.

Terms & Conditions For Reservation in Chaukori KMVN TRH

1. 100% advance should be deposited against advance reservation.
2. The Management reserves the right to change the tariff at any time without prior notice.
3. The KMVN shall not be held responsible for any loss/ delay/ cancellation due to natural calamity and unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of the Nigam.
4. If a guest, instead of checking in at the reserved place reached else where and request for adjustment of the amount, it shall not be entertained.
5. In case of over booking of rooms at particular TRH, the booking amount will be refunded to the guest.
6. In case of excess or less amount received from the guest during advance Online/ PRO booking the difference amount will be refunded or charged additionally.
7. Check Out Time 11.00 AM.
8. The KMVN shall be entitled to cancelled the room at any time without prior notice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Kindly bring the Booking Receipt and an ID proof along with you during your visit to the destination. Without the same your booking at the tourist rest house will not be entertained.
