By Train :
The nearest railhead is in Haridwar which is approximately 25 km away. It is inter linked with major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow and Varanasi. On reaching Haridwar one can hire a taxi or take a bus to Rishikesh. While the bus will take 45 minutes to reach, the taxi will take comparitively less time about half an hour to reach.
