Thirty minutes and you are in the tranquil tea-shaded courtyard of an isolated medieval temple, an hour and you can be beside a cool, gurgling stream.
Avenida Retreat serves with a total of 10 rooms. All the rooms have aesthetically done interiors equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay to the guests. There are 6 Deluxe Cottages, 3 family cottages and 1 Suite in the resort. All the Rooms has own Sit Out area & Garden, all of them are North facing and on a clear day one can see the snow clad Himalayas.

Bobs Place is located in Nathuakhan, a small hamlet located between Ramgarh and Mukteshwar. The hotel can be easily reached by taking the road from Talla Ramgarh towards Odakhan. It is just 17 kms from Ramgarh and 13 Kms before Mukteshwar.

The above cancellation policy is not valid if the rooms booked during any long weekend, festive season, Christmas, New Year or any such other times during the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance.
WATER EMERGENCY:
Due to deficient rainfall we are buying water to be able to run the resort. You are therefore requested to converse water and use it judiciously by not leaving the tap open while soaping your hands or taking a shower.
DISCLAIMER:
Since our nature retreat is located in the middle of an orchard with oak and deodar trees therefore it is suggested to be aware of various insects, flies, spiders and lizards which are part of the ecosystem. It is suggested to take care of the kids well and always under guidance as the retreat is spread over hill terraces and it is not advised to leave the kids alone.
We have basic first aid kit available at the retreat and the nearest hospital is 2 hrs drive away, Please make sure you are carrying your own prescription medicines.
