Binsar: Located at a distance of 89km from Didihat, there is a famous temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Bineshwar which is the major crown puller of Binsar. Binsar is perched at an elevation of 2,412mts above sea level, and the temple was constructed by King Kalyan of the Chand Dynasty. The views of major peaks like Chaukhamba, Panchchuli, Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot, Kedarnath, and other peaks are stimulating from Binsar.

Bageshwar: Situated 74kms from Didihat, Bageshwar is the new district headquarters and center of administration of Danapur. Bageshwar derives its name from Bagnath, a famous temple in this region. Every year, Bagnath attracts thousands of pilgrims from all over as it is believed that Lord Shiva wandered here as a tiger. Located at the confluence of Saryu and Gomti rivers, Bageshwar holds the popular Uttarayani fair every year in January. Bageshwar is also used as the base camp by trekkers for Pindari.
